For many in the tech industry, being acknowledged in a Gartner Magic Quadrant (MQ) is a major coup for their organization. This year, we’re excited that Zerto received an Honorable Mention in the Data Center Backup and Recovery Solutions MQ.

Being mentioned in this report is a testament to the significant strides we’ve made in the backup space in a very short time. In 2019, we announced Zerto 7 which helps organizations modernize their backup environments. We understood early on that legacy backup systems can’t keep up with the needs of today’s 24×7 businesses. With our IT Resilience Platform, based on our battle-proven Continuous Data Protection (CDP) technology, companies can bring together the power of disaster recovery, backup, and cloud mobility into a single platform. What value does this bring? The elimination of data loss and downtime, as demanded by the digital business, and the ability to combine historically siloed operations into one simple, scalable platform to drive better efficiencies and create true IT transformation.

Don’t just take our word – or even Gartner’s word – take the word of our customers.

TaxSlayer, a leading online and professional tax and financial company, strives to make life simpler and less stressful for millions of Americans with their easy-to-use tax preparation software. And we strive to help them become more resilient. Prior to Zerto, TaxSlayer used Veeam, but they weren’t able to recover critical files as quickly as needed, and in some cases, depending on when the last backup took place – files were not able to be recovered at all. By using Zerto, TaxSlayer is able to manage their DR and backup together in one platform, while also giving them deeper granularity from an RPO perspective.

Or, watch our ZertoCON session, “Modernize your backup with Zerto.” In it, you’ll learn how Horizons Bank, a $500B asset bank with 76 locations across Indiana and Michigan, turned to Zerto to improve their time to recovery. As a financial institution, it is crucial for the business to be available 24×7 to meet their customers’ expectations and with Zerto, they have the confidence to deliver that. Horizons Bank now sees RPOs in seconds, not minutes or hours, and uses Zerto for all their backup use cases.

We’re proud to be recognized by Gartner and are ecstatic about these milestones as we’ve evolved our IT Resilience Platform. Now is the time to bring your RPOs down to seconds and bring the simplicity of Zerto to protect all of your applications, as data loss in any application is no longer acceptable. Click here to download our architecture guide which shows how to implement Zerto on an on-premises or cloud environment.
