‘And the Award Goes to . . .’
Everyone enjoys a little recognition, and at Zerto we’re no different. We’re always proud to receive industry awards and nominations alongside some great partners and competitors across the IT sector. And it’s great to see Zerto featured in such varied award programs, both in the US and internationally, covering our products, people and company as a whole.
We started the year with a Silver Award from Storage Magazine and SearchStorage in their ‘Best data storage products 2018: Products of the year’ category. The judges noted that Zerto, “. . . provides many cloud choices for recovery, as well as automation and orchestration. Its innovation impressed our judges.”
Zerto was also named on the annual JMP Securities Elite 80 list of the hottest and most strategically positioned private firms in the Cybersecurity, Data Management & IT Infrastructure industries. This is the fifth consecutive year Zerto has been recognized by JMP.
In March, Zerto was named ‘Breakout Technology Partner of the Year’ by Sungard Availability Services (Sungard AS). Sungard AS is a leading provider of information availability through managed IT, cloud and recovery services, and these awards recognized seven exceptional partners for their exceptional execution and customer service in helping customers solve IT transformation problems to accelerate their businesses.
In 2018, Sungard AS provided market-leading recovery solutions leveraging Zerto to address a broad range of complex recovery use cases, including Cloud Recovery – Virtual Servers, to help customers achieve automated and orchestrated recovery with a guaranteed 4-hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO) SLA.
Among our finalist placements and nominations in the US, Avi Raichel, our CIO, was named as a ‘2019 Boston CIO of the Year Orbie Award’ finalist, which is the premier technology executive recognition program in New England.
Over in EMEA, Zerto has also been recognized with a number of award wins already in 2019. These include the award for ‘Editor’s Choice for Products of the Year’ in the UK’s Storage Awards 2019, and we were also runner-up in the category for ‘Ransomware Protection Company of the Year’.
