APJ Visits ZertoCON 2018 Boston!
This week Zerto partners and customers from Asia Pacific and Japan visited Boston for our annual conference ZertoCON. Some members of our delegation traveled for over 20 hours to get to the conference which shows their commitment to our partnership.

The keynote delivered by Zerto CEO Ziv Kedem announced Zerto 7 the industry’s first IT Resilience Platform that converges backup, disaster recovery and cloud mobility solutions! Hearing this announcement live and by the CEO himself was a real treat.
Throughout the event our APJ delegation were able to meet Zerto executives and subject matter specialists face to face which enabled them to ask questions and share nuances of their market which is such a benefit of visiting ZertoCON Boston.
On day two Rob Strechay, Vice President of Product delivered our road map which went into more detail about the Elastic Journal, our new concept in data protection, which delivers Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) of seconds at scale for short and long term data retention – helping you go from 7 seconds to 7 years. Rob Strechay stated that “periodic backups aren’t going to cut it, continuous journal-based protection is the future”. Including the Elastic Journal, Rob continued to unveil the new capabilities in Zerto 7 which are Intelligent Index and Search, Data Protection Workflows, Enhanced Architecture and Target Repositories. With these new capabilities, Zerto 7 will be sure to provide a vision for the future of backup and enhance and improve the user experience.
