HPE Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Zerto

I am excited to announce a major milestone for Zerto. This morning, HPE publicly announced its intent to acquire Zerto. We see this as a strategic development for the storage industry – and true recognition of the importance of our cloud data management and protection technology. But more importantly, a testament to all of the hard work and dedication of our Zerto employees since we started this journey in 2009.
