    What is the SQL server role requirement for the account used during SQL Server Authentication

    For the database user we need:

    1. Server roles: Public, sysadmin
    1. Grant to permission to connect to database engine
    1. Login enabled
    1. Database membership: dbowner, datawriter, public for database master
