Journal Hard Size Limit
The forum ‘Support Q & A’ is closed to new topics and replies.
We do not have that much space left on our storages and I am trying to find out why. I found out that all our Hard Size Limits are set to unlimited (with a Journal History of 1 day). Does that mean that the Journal wont “cut off” after the 1 day Journal History and increases further and further (to the infinity) ? Or how does the Journal Work if its set to unlimited?
Hello,
If The size of the journal is set to unlimited it can grow to the size of the recovery
datastore.
Journal history is the amount of time the checkpoints are saved.
