end of general support for 6.5 and technical guida

Hello,
Looking at this document (http://s3.amazonaws.com/zertodownload_docs/Latest/Zerto%20Virtual%20Replication%20Product%20Version%20Lifecycle%20Matrix.pdf), it seems that version 6.5 is past the “end of general support” phase. Could you let us know exactly what we lose by staying on this version? The document also mentions a “technical guidance phase”. What exactly is that?

Hello, this is Matt, with Zerto Support.
The “Technical Guidance” phase is the period of time between the end of General Support and the End of Support Life. During this time, there are no more planned Maintenance Updates or Upgrades, barring critical issue or security vulnerabilities, but the Support team is still available to assist with technical issue or assistance.
