StoreOnce setup

We are setting up our StoreOnce for long term storage to get ready for our Zerto 7.5 install (We do not have Zerto setup yet).
Will we set up a Catalyst repository on the StoreOnce or would we be using NAS or VTL?
We will be backing up Hyper-V VMs and replicating them to an offsite location and also copying them to the StoreOnce for long term storage.
If we are creating a catalyst or NAS store, would we create one large one or would we need to create multiple stores? Our StoreOnce has 327TiB of storage.

Mike from Zerto here. Is the StoreOnce storage being used for normal Zerto replication or for a Long Term Retention repository?
We are using Nimble for replication storage and Storeonce for long term repository.

Thank you for the information. We require that a repository has connectivity to the ZVM and VRAs on the recovery site and use either NFS or SMB. However you configure the storage to achieve those requirements is up to you. For more information, please see the following links:
