VRA Appliance Debian Version

    Our security advisor has flagged the use of Debian 8 on the VRA appliances as a risk.
    They have asked us if they can be upgraded to Debian 9.
    Can you tell me, is there a roadmap or later version that will make use of a newer version of Debian that we can move to?

    Hi Yonni,

    All security issues will need to be addressed with Dev.

    Please have your customer provide the following information:

    1] The CVE number or vulnerability description that you may have encountered.
    2] A security report that includes the flagged CVE within your last security scan.
    3] A 1 hour Zerto diagnostic bundle
    Once this information has been provided, support will escalate the case to L2, who will consult with development to determine the next steps.
