I recently had an issue on a new installation of a ZVM when applying the license in the web UI. It was a permissions based error and prior to this we followed the Zerto documentation for creating a role within vCenter for specific permissions.
The issue I have is that as soon as I granted the service account global Administrator the license was able to be applied. Why is it that we followed your document for the required permissions and had to grant the account global Administrator to apply the license? Is there a permission missing in your documentation that we needed to give? I have reopened my case but wanted to find out if the actual document requires updating.
