In a vCloud environment when you do a VPG test / live failover or a move, the ZVM will sort out the task and then it will prompt you for a Commit. If you agree too quickly to this prompt it will fail because it can’t find the VAPP/VM changes in the source/destination vClouds because the source/destination ZVMs haven’t run their respective Reflection Collection yet.
Before allowing the Commit the ZVMs needs to wait for the the source/destination ZVMs to run their Reflection Collection to update their view of vCloud.
