No MFA/2FA box in profile

  • I recently upgraded to v8.5u2 and when I login and view my profile I do not see the option to enable MFA/2FA. I thought it was just suppose to be an option to enable but no such luck for me. I’m not sure if it matters but when I did the install I did not check “the enforces Zerto account” box. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Hello Bill,

    Unfortunately we had to rollback MFA on myZerto due to issues discovered post deployment. We are actively working on these issues to bring back the feature and will update the field when it is available again.
