Fail to add new VM to a VPG

I’m trying do add a VM to an existing VPG – This VM has RDM disks and one of them is causing this message:
“virtual machines include disks that cannot be protected to a vsphere recovery site. to protect the vms, the problematica disks must either be removed from the vms or reconfigured to be a whole number of kbs with less than 128tb”
The term “whole number of kbs with less than 128tb” is hard to understand (sorry for this) and I don’t know what I have to do to fix this issue.
Should I change RDM disk size? What value should I apply?
