Site disconnection while replication

We have ESxi 5.5 & vCenter 6.5 in Current environment and ESXi 7.0 & vCenter 7.0 in New Datacentre, as per Zerto Compatibility matrix 7.5U4 Version support both the datacenter’s and we installed ZVM 7.5 u4 on both DC’s and paired. when we start the replication site is disconnecting. any idea why its falling

Zerto v7.5 has reached end of support life (EOSL) on December 2021, and is therefore unsupported.
