Move recovery site’s ZVM to another server

Hi, we’re running Zerto v9.0-U2. We have one PROD site with VPGs replicating our vSphere VMs to one recovery site. We’re having some issues with the ZVM server at the recovery site and would like to replace it with a new one. I found KB article 000004266, is it what I need to follow?? The article has a section titled “Perform the update” without any steps/contents in it, so I’m suspicious that the article isn’t complete/accurate. Please advise or point me in the direction of a good/known procedure to replace my recovery site’s ZVM server with a new one.
