VRA installation failed

Hi everybody,
I have successfully installed Zerto on a Vmware environment, but when trying to install the VRA to ESX 5.0 host it fails.
As I have read on installation guide, it is mandatory to use the host root password for finishing VRA installation on ESX5.5 and above, isn’t? Sadly, I have no root password. Is it any way to use another account with administrator privileges? Because reinstalling ESX host is not an option.

Misspelled “ESX 5.5 and above”, I meant “ESX 5.5 and below”.

even i am facing same issue, i don’t have root password for one of the ESXi host. How to install the VRA on host without root credentials.
I have root password still fails the isntalaltion

I would raise a support case to see why the VRA is failing to install
please ensure the version you are installing is supported on ESXI 5.5
