      I’ve set up access to a proxy server on our private network so analytics information should post through that, successfully tested the connection using POSTMAN.  The Proxy logs show the test, I turned on the “Enable Zerto SAAS applications….” option, but no data being sent upstream to Zerto cloud.  Proxy logs show no attempts.       I was curious what would happen if I decided to move my Journal datastore location. Currently the every thing is pointing the same datastore and I am considering breaking it out. Would it just move the journal data to the new location? Thanks.

      Always getting this error “Zerto AWS Snapshot Manager is not reachable (Cannot obtain Ip). Please verify the AWS Snapshot Manager is powered on and reachable.” when building vpg I don’t know where the setting is wrong.

      Hi,   Our company has Zerto Analytics setup and the option in the about menu enabled on ZVM, but when ever i go to analytics, it says no vpgs ect so nothing is displayed.   Does my account need linking to our ZVMs in order for me to use analytics? Thanks, James

      I exported VPG list on website (.csv) and found that Zerto doesn’t support Korean There were 6 VPGs made by Korean but in csv file, it shows just ‘??????’ Does Zerto not support Korean at all?
