Can’t Access Restored Zerto VMware VM’s in Azure

We are replication our VMware environment using Zerto 10 to Microsoft Azure. We want to perform a Failover test of our replicated VM’s in Azure just like we could do when we were replicating to another VMware environment in our DR location. We created a Failover Test subnet in Azure that is isolated from our Production subnet in Azure. When we execute the Failover Test in Zerto for Azure. The process runs and restores the replicated VM’s into the Failover Test subnet. We have found that we cannot access the restored VM’s in Azure using Bastion or RDP. Azure gives us the status message of the Azure VM’s stating “virtual machine agent status is not ready” and offers to troubleshoot the issue. If Azure shows the virtual machine as not ready. It will not allow Bastion/RDP access to that VM. How can we get Azure to recognize the Zerto restored VM in our Azure Failover vnet?
