Difference between Failover and Actions (Move VPG)

In some Documents Zerto describes how to handle DR. Sometimes they use the Failover Button somes Actions Move VPG. Is there any differences between both Options?

Hello Amit,

Move(planned migration) uses the latest checkpoint, unlike failover where you can choose the checkpoint.

-In order for the Move to succeed, Zerto must be able to Power off the protected VM (unlike failover)

-In order for the Move operation to succeed the Sites MUST be connected (unlike failover)
