Disable Email Alerts

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I am attempting to disable email alerts from our Zerto environment as the volume of alerts is extremely high. I’ve unchecked “Enable Send Alerts” box from Site Settings\ Email Settings\ Alerts and Reports but the emails continue to flood in.Are there any other steps we need to take to disable email alerts?

    We are running Zerto 7.5 update 3 build 075306057

    Please note that if you have multiple Zerto sites, this should be addressed for each site individually.
