Failback to Live (process)
The forum ‘Support Q & A’ is closed to new topics and replies.
Hi,
Can anyone explain to me the failback process of the VMs (VMware – VMware), please?
We have a customer who has done a failback but then needs to add the VM into their backups again, on site.
I thought it was done via snapshots and changes but given the above it would seem not.
Thanks
Andy
Hi,
This is Kalsang from Zerto.
The Failback process is the same as move/ Failover. Failback is usually performed after the disaster recovery as when the production site is back in running.
Below is more detail about failback.
