Failure to Re-IP

Reaching out to the community while I work with Support on this issue :
Since our upgrade of Zerto from 8.5 to 9.5 (vmware-to-vmware) , the re-IP fails ( It’s configured with the VPG ) . All compatibility requirements are met by all components . Even with the latest VM tools the problem persists. What’s more troubling to me is that no log whatsoever is written (toolsDeployPkg.txt, and changeip.log). So far support has been as stumped as we are . Has anyone else experienced the same issue ? Thanks
In the ZERTO interface the following error is reported:
The following VM failed to recover properly :
VMName failed to get its IP.
Hello, I had the same problem is there any workaround or solution to this issue?
