How many TBs of data should each VPG be? If I recall correctly we should keep each VPG to under 5 TB of data…is that correct?
Hi Ilona
We don’t have a strict limitation on the size of data that each VPG can protect. I’ve been seeing a VPG with more than 5 TB without running into an issue.
However, my suggestion is not adding too many VMs in a VPG. You should only add relevant VMs. e.g. VMs have a dependency, they have to failover together.
