Is VM vc.uuid and bios.uuid retained when migrating a VM ?

Can actually give u a straight answer but I am assuming it is. Build a test VM and failover to DR and check for yourself.

Hi,

We tested this and I can confirm that:

vc.uuid is NOT retained

bios.uuid IS retained.
