Latency between vCSA/ZVM and remote site VRA

Is there any latency concerns if you have a vCSA and the ZVM located in a data center, and have a remote site on the other side of the country running a single host controlled by the vCSA in the data center. Can you create a VRA on the remote host and have it perform as expected? Thank you.
