Migration with ZCC on both source and target?

We have been using the ZCC component since it’s a really helpful component to segregate networks on multi-tenant environments. The architecture described in the documentation seems to only apply to a DRaaS scenario where a customer’s vmware environment (source) is paired to a multi-tenant provider (target). However, in a migration project, both sides (source and target) could be multi-tenant, and the same segregation/protection would be required on both. Is that possible? Can two sites, each one with its own ZCC, be paired?
