Support VMC on AWS

  • Any plans to support VMware Cloud on AWS?

I second this.  VMC on AWS will be critical.  We have several workloads already moved and will be forced to use vSphere replication (or Veeam) if Zerto does not bring up support.

Hello – this is an area the Zerto product team is looking to explore in the future. Having said that, I would recommend voting on the existing feature request at https://www.zerto.com/myzerto/support/feature-requests/ . Searching for “Support of VMware on AWS” should bring you to the correct one. Thank you! — Justin

Same here, we been looking into the availability of this option for a while now since we have VMW on AWS Zerto as our replication & DR tool.

Hi Amir – please do provide details on the mentioned idea in our feature request portal. It is very helpful for our team to understand how the platform would be used, key business drivers, number of VMs that would be protected, and overall details on the business case. This helps drive with competing priority for our roadmap. — Justin

The same request is already placed by another person about a year ago.

    thanks guys

I just added my vote since my customer is planning to move some workloads to AWS on VMC and wanted to know if this was supported I hope this will release in the next months

    Any updates on this article?

Hello – our team is still exploring this as a future item for Zerto users. I would invite you to please record details at the feature request located here: https://idea.zerto.com/ideas/ZVRCSP-I-44
