VMDK to RDM

Hi I was wondering if it was possible to create a VPG that will create a RDM at the target? Currently we have a VM on vSAN that we are looking to move to a Cluster that has SAN storage. Presently we have no Datastores large enough to hold the one drive (20 TiB) on the target SAN, and since so large would prefer it be RDM (since datastores are supposed to have 20% free space, we’d waste significant space on a 20 TiB vmdk. Can Zerto set the target for that particular drive to be RDM, even though it is presently a vmdk?
