VRA Hyper-V fail

    Hi Guys

    I get this message when I try to insall a vra on hyper v

     

    failed to install vra driver on host [Host eb14214e-0c0f-4d58-b58f-aed2d8ddc3e1, server 640207a4-8b6a-081d-7514-c7641ecf5959]

    today i have same problem.

    have one host, with VRA installed corretly?

    If yes, copy the folder c:\zerto-temp-xxx on the host with problem, and run zcleaner.bat

    after this try installation of VRA

     

    i resolved with this procedure

    Today i am facing similar problem on hyperV2012 host unable to install VRA agent getting failed at 70%

    where do we get the zcleaner.bat

    You can find the .bat file on the other node with the working VRA. after you copied it to the right host en running it then the issue was resolved for us! 🙂
