I inherited patching duties and need to get the latest Microsoft Windows Updates onto the Zerto box we have. Can I just patch and reboot or do I need to stop services, create a restore point or anything else? What are best practices for Zerto?

Preferably before any windows updates are applied to the ZVM server we would recommend stopping the Zerto Virtual Manager service, and then taking a snapshot per the document below.

This is not a requirement but allows you to fail back to snapshot if the updates cause some kind of issue.
