Zerto events in vCenter Events list

I’m getting the following alerts in VMware and would like to ask if they are important enough to be monitored?

It seems that these events occur on a regular basis and then seem to clear themselves and each time an event goes from GREEN to RED a ticket is generated for us to look at the event. So how should I handle these events?
