When performing test failovers, VMs periodically fail to start. They boot into Windows Start-up repair with the option to Continue, Troubleshoot or Turn Off your PC.

Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you.
Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED
Performing a re-sync of the VPG containing the VM usually resolves but this wouldn’t be an option in a real DR scenario.
