ZSSP Stuck at Loading

Dear Experts,

I was working on a demo environment for ZCM and ZSSP. When I access https://<zvm>/zssp and log in using the credential defined in Keycloak, it kept stuck at ‘loading’. I can see a session was created for the ZSSP user in Keycloak. I would like to summarize what I have done as below,

• Deployed two ZVMs for two vCenters, one for MSP and the other for tenant
• Deployed ZCM, and added the ZVMs into ZCM
• Created zorg for the tenant, and deployed ZCC
• Paired the MSP site and tenant site using ZCC IP addresses
• Defined ZSSP user according to this KB, https://help.zerto.com/bundle/Linux.ZVM.HTML.10.0_U2/page/Defining_Users_in_Keycloak.htm

Question:

In the point 6 of the KB above, what should I put as the value of the 3 attributes, please?

• zorgUserName: <name>@<zorg_name> The relevant ZORG name from the ZCM.
• zorgId: <zorgID> The ZORG ID from the ZCM.
• logoutRedirectUrl: <ZVMA IP> The IP address of the ZVM Appliance.

Should I put plain text such as ‘<zorgID>’ in the key field, or should I look up the real value of zorgID and put it in the key field, please? If real value is needed, where could I find the zorgID, please? I could not find it anywhere in ZCM GUI. Thank you.
