    Using External SQL database and AD user.

    Hello!

    If you are encountering an issue where your ZVM is crashing, we suggest you open a case at https://www.zerto.com/myzerto/support/. This sounds like it may be a Severity 1 issue, and that will get you the most immediate response if you are unable to use Zerto currently.
