ZVM platform compatibility checker failed

    Hi there,

    Current version of ZCA (AWS) is 7.5 update 4.

    OS- windows server 2016 Datacenter

    I am trying to upgrade ZCA to 8.0.

    On the vlidation screen, “ZVM platform compatibility checker” failed with error ” Platform is not compatible with installation”

    Could you please let me know what could be the issue? or where (logs etc) can i find why it is failing?
