ZVM service crash

    Hi, since few days the ZVM service does not start anymore.

    The erorr is:

    <i>Application: Zerto.Zvm.Service.exe
    Framework Version: v4.0.30319
    Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
    Exception Info: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException</i>

    The SQL server service is up and running

    Trying to upgrade ZVM version results in this error:

    Cannot open database “zvm_db”

    Login failed for user “sazerto”

    Could you help us?
